Before Iris sold our home, we had worked with two brokers - both failed to sell our house.  Iris managed to sell our home in only ten days, and at a price we were to-the-moon happy about.  Her approach to selling was one so different than any of the other brokers we had previously worked with, that both my husband and I will never again work with another agent, or allow any of our friends and relatives to either.  Just the other day, I referred my good friend to Iris – the two are now working together with a piece of property in the Hollywood Hills – and my friend, like me, can’t believe Iris’ talent.  She is what a real estate agent should be, and I couldn’t be convinced otherwise.

Another happy client!

We decided to enter into the real-estate market at the peak of the real-estate crisis.  Because of the stringent loan requirements we had to sell our old property in order to buy our new home.  Iris marketed our old home in the best way possible - we sold it within a few weeks of putting it on the market- while constantly e-mailing us new listings giving us first offer advantage.  Iris managed the broker and the bank which owned the property and professionally - and patiently - walked us through today's real-estate minefield.  We could not have done this without her!
